Like the Israelites, before they went to Canaan, I scouted the land. I went to Uganda for the first time in 2016 and then came back for a second trip on my own the following year, answering the questions: "Can I really live here?" "How much is it going to cost to live here?" "What area would I live in?" "What will I be doing?" God called and equipped me and I'm pleased to report "WE CAN". Together we can help raise up a generation who will not repeat the past, but who will create a better future for themselves and generations to come, generations who will serve the Lord!

      It was the first time I had a trip traveling internationally solo. I got the opportunity to meet and minister with other established ministries doing a variety of things. I'm happy to have friends around Uganda that always welcome me and make me feel at home especially during the holidays!
