ABOUT

Christine is a graduate from Rhema Bible Training College and focused in Children's Ministry, Biblical Studies, and World Missions. She has been on the mission field to Mexico, Colombia, and Uganda!

This Texas gal has had this dream of moving to Uganda for nine years and is excited to have it come to pass. In 2020, Christine moved to Uganda, East Africa. She served as Programs Director for Living Water Ministries for a year, where she was able to help train young adults in various aspects of media as well as launch (for the first time) their online services, taught discipleship and leadership classes, and helped develop training materials for ministry.

She is currently one of the Directors for Soterion Ministries, the ministry she’s been a part of helping since 2016 during her previous short term mission trips to Uganda. She has worked ministering to kids, various outreaches, and discipleship among the women in Namulanda and now helps minister to the community by discipleship, training and starting cell groups and assisting with media.

She is determined to go where God calls her and share the love of Jesus. Her desire is to help raise up the next generation by training up leaders, equipping and empowering them with the Word of God, and leading them by example.

WEBALE YESU!

"Webale Yesu!" means "Thank you Jesus!" in Luganda, the local language spoken in Namulanda, Uganda. These were my first words spoken in Luganda. After five years training and preparation God sent me to Uganda for the first time! My hosts were Pastors Josannah Rogers and Daniel Barbanti with Salvation Church. I went on a five week internship with three of my fellow classmates from World Missions offered by Rhema Bible Training College. While I was there I was a part of ministering in the main service, children's ministry, women's ministry, crusades, door to door evangelism and various other things.
